Description

Bringing together specialists from different branches of law (private law, commercial and business law, public law, European and international law), the Centre for Ethical Law and Procedures (CDEP) of the University of Artois develops research activities on four major axes. These axes are, first, the protection of the person in relation to vulnerability, second, the protection of heritage in its various components, third, the protection of territory and the environment, finally, the analysis of ethical issues and new regulations for artificial intelligence.
