High throughput and high content screening platform (ARIADNE CRIBLAGE)



Our platform combines the know-how and equipment dedicated to small molecule and siRNA screening. Our equipment allows the complete or partial automation of the screening steps, from the plating of molecules from chemical or siRNA libraries, to the reading of results. We have access to chemical libraries and siRNA/miRNA libraries, and develop miniaturized (96, 384 well plates) and automated high throughput assays for in vitro, in bacterio, or in cellulo, target or phenotypic screening. The proposed tests include enzymatic assays, protein-protein interactions, cell-based assays, TSA, target engagement monitoring by CETSA and many others. Within the framework of a partnership agreement, projects can be pursued with Ariadne-Criblage experts towards target characterization and modulator optimization: target identification and engagement, medicinal chemistry, physicochemical properties measurement, ADME and pharmacokinetic studies in rodents. We are open to all academic and industrial collaborations and propose training and services in line with our expertise.
