Description

Our research is organized around a common topic - the changes in organizations and management systems in the face of a changing world (markets, institutions, technologies, behaviors). LUMEN is structured around 6 axes: - ARTE: Resource Allocation and Enterprise Trajectories - CCM: Consumption, Culture and Markets - DHAMI: Human Development, Managerial Alternatives and Innovations - GRAF: Governance and Regulation of Financial Activity - MTD: Transformative Marketing, Distribution - SOIE: Strategy, Organization, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. We are open to all academic and industrial collaborations and propose services in line with our expertise.

The TREND(S) industrial chair - Transformation of Retailing Ecosystem(s) & New market DynamicS - (2019-23) is a public (MEL, I-iSite University of Lille, Cap Digital) and private (Boulanger, IDkids and Leroy Merlin) consortium. It brings together 33 researchers from 14 institutions and 3 countries (France, UK with Oxford University and Spain - University of Valencia). Its objective is to produce and disseminate research work to prepare the future of retail (its missions, place in society, sustainable business model, cultural and organizational change, etc.) so that it contributes to individual and collective well-being.
The PAUSE Chair of Excellence - Poverty and Sobriety: dynamics of inclusion of the poor in the ecological transition (CCM axis).

Equipments

We have at our disposal:
• fully modular furniture
• 11 individual test stations separated by boxes (24 "monitors)
• a fixed Eye tracker © Tobii system, to produce oculometric data, areas of interest and fixation, pupil diameter
• Tobii mobile eye tracking data collection devices (Tobii Pro Glasses 3) in the form of glasses allowing data to be collected under field experiment conditions
• FaceReader © software, to identify facial emotions, heart rate and valence or arousal state of participants during the presentation of stimuli
• 2 HD IP cameras (1 fixed global scene camera and a PTZ camera) and an omnidirectional microphone
• an HD camera for a fixed shot for in situ and ex situ collections
• a set of 15 portable GoPro-type micro-cameras for collecting visual field data from consumers (ethnological approach)
• a 3D printer
