SMART Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics (SMART)

Platform

Description

Our SMART technical platform offers services to carry out projects related to the identification and quantification of small pharmaceutical molecules or drugs. We also identify proteins on a large scale through proteomic studies, their quantification and separation, or through the search for biomarkers of clinical biological samples. We also carry out quality control of chemical synthesis molecules by mass spectrometry. Recently, we have developed a new theme which consists in lipidomic analysis of cellular or biological samples (serum, CSF...). Integrated in the Laboratory of the Blood-Brain Barrier of the University of Artois (UR2465), we quantify the passage of molecules through the BHE by mass spectrometry.
We are open to all academic and industrial collaborations and offer training and services related to our expertise.
